ICICI is India’s largest private sector bank. The bank which initially funded large industrial projects changed its strategy of lending in late 90s by focusing more on the Indian retail consumer. It started off with housing finance in a big way competing HDFC and then ventured into Auto, Personal Loans and Credit Cards. Now the bank is offering several co-branded credit cards. I am personally a very dissatisifed customer of ICICI. Lets paint ICICI in black and white here 🙂
